Haus Schwarzenberg is a self-managed project. We want to create - and maintain - a peaceful, creative and pleasant place for everyone to live together in a spirit of respect.<\/b><\/div>\n

To ensure that everyone feels welcome and valued, we ask you to observe the following points:<\/b><\/p>\n

* Please keep the (escape) routes and stairwells clear and allow others to pass through unhindered!<\/p>\n

* Please park bicycles and e-scooters outside the building!<\/p>\n

* Please ensure that the maximum group size is 12 people! Exceptions apply for school classes and registered groups<\/p>\n

* Please pay attention to a reasonable volume and avoid unnecessary noise!<\/p>\n

* Please take your garbage with you or dispose of it in the garbage cans provided!<\/p>\n

* The trade and consumption of cannabis and illegal drugs is prohibited.<\/p>\n

* The carrying of weapons or dangerous objects is prohibited.<\/p>\n

* Commercial photography and filming are not permitted. Please accept the right to your own image and only take photos of other people with their consent!<\/p>\n

* Haus Schwarzenberg has no place for anti-Semitism, racism, sexism, queerophobia, misogyny and discrimination of any kind.<\/p>\n

* In the event of violations of our house rules, we reserve the right to exercise our domiciliary rights. The instructions of the staff must be followed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
